By using Dean's List Plugins ("DLP") software, websites, or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DLP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software on machines you own or control, subject to the license tier you purchased.
All purchases are final. Refunds are considered case-by-case for technical issues that we cannot resolve. Contact support@dlp.audio for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.
We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features. Major version upgrades may be paid; minor updates are typically free during your license period.
All software, audio samples, presets, designs, and content are the property of D L P CONSULTING, INC or licensed to us. You retain ownership of music you create using our software.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party software or hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including lost data or lost profits.
We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. You may stop using the software at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
